How I work

I work with organizations across the United States as an independent AI advisor to executive teams, public-sector and institutional leaders, and organizations that need implementation beyond high-level advice. The through-line is the same across engagements: connect the business decision to what is technically real, and leave you with something you can own.

Ways to work together

Scope is set per engagement. Pricing depends on the work. Reach out and we can figure out the right shape together.

Executive workshops & sessions

Focused working sessions to align leadership, surface opportunities, or pressure-test a plan.

Advisory engagements

Ongoing independent guidance across strategy, governance, and execution decisions.

Fixed-scope projects

A defined piece of work (an assessment, a governance framework, an architecture) with a clear deliverable.

Custom implementation

Hands-on design and build for AI systems, agentic workflows, and integrations, with handoff to your team.

A typical process

1. Assessment

Establish the current state, decision context, constraints, and risk posture before committing to a direction.

2. Direction

Define priorities, governance requirements, and execution pathways with clear ownership and sequencing.

3. Execution & review

Support leadership and technical teams through implementation, with iterative decision checkpoints.

Independent by design

I do not resell a platform and I am not paid by vendors to recommend them. Advice is built around your outcomes, including the honest cases where the right answer is to buy something off the shelf, or to not build at all. When AI is not the appropriate tool for a problem, I will tell you.

What I need from you

  • An executive owner who can make decisions and unblock access.

  • Time with the people who understand the process or system in question.

  • Willingness to hear where AI is not the right answer.

On confidentiality: please keep sensitive or regulated details out of a first message. If an engagement calls for it, we can agree on the right handling and channel for confidential information before you share it.
